Shipping

We use USPS for most of our shipments. Economy shipping takes an average of 5-7 days from the time of order confirmation. Anticipate longer shipping times during holidays and sales.

Please select Priority Shipping if you want your order delivered faster. 

While we work hard to get orders out same day, please allow for at least 1-3 business days for order processing.

For orders over $100, we offer free standard shipping.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. This will be visible during checkout.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are responsible for shipping the product back to Royal Army for non-defective returns or exchanges.

To return or exchange your item(s), you should mail them to the return address on the original shipping label. If you no longer have the label, then send us an email at info@royalarmybrand.com.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
