RETURNS, EXCHANGES & POLICIES
Returns
You can return merchandise up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale of all clearance items are final.
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and it was shipped directly to you, then we will provide you with a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, then we will send a refund to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at info@royalarmybrand.com.
Shipping Returns & Exchanges
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for shipping the product back to Royal Army for non-defective returns or exchanges.
To return or exchange your item(s), you should mail them to the return address on the original shipping label. If you no longer have this, then just send us an email at info@royalarmybrand.com.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Refunds will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow for up to a week or so for the refund to be processed and for the funds to arrive in your account.

Warranties
For electronics and backpacks, we stand behind the products 100% and offer a 6-month product warranty from the date they were originally purchased.
Our warranty does not cover refunds. If an item is defective or not working properly, then we will replace your product with the same product (and in rare cases where the product may no longer be available, then we will offer you an equivalent or better product).
If the product breaks from user misuse or abuse, then the warranty is void.
If you return a product and we find that it is in full working order after testing, then we will send it back (please completely review the instruction manual to find out if you can resolve the issue first).
Limited Edition Items
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for items marked as "limited edition."
Clearance Items
Sale of all clearance items are final.
